No Title.

Pick up a stone. Feel its weight. Keep it in your pocket.

At the end of the day, take it out and discard the stone. Leave with it, one Worry.

I like the sentiment behind this & I may have to actually give it a try, especially since most days I feel like I'm carrying worries the weight of a boulder on my back. I'd love to drop some and leave them behind me.

The penguin video... incredibly moving. I imagine if the penguin could speak he would still have remained as silent as that, just steadfastly walking, no explaination, no questions - just on his path and destiny, in the only direction he can go. There are no words to explain why we are walking this path, we're just programmed to...
